GRIMPDAY
Since 2018, Intervention Rescue have participated in the annual prestigious Grimpday event, an international rope rescue competition organised by the Namur Fire Department.

We have been selected again to participate in the 15th Edition of Grimpday 2021 in Namur, Belgium.
The event brings the world's elite rescue teams together to compete in real world environments over a 3 day period in scenarios that are designed to test capabilities as well as further enhance the knowledge, skills and experience of personnel taking part. The rescue teams are not only given the opportunity to display their ability, but also to share and learn from each other.
In 2018, Intervention Rescue were placed 7th out of 36 teams globally.
In 2019, Intervention Rescue were placed 7th out of 30 teams globally.
